What you'll do

• Check egg temperatures, machine speeds, tank levels, and leaks
• monitor equipment and make minor adjustments
• troubleshoot equipment problems and communicate machine or product issues to production management or maintenance
• perform quality checks on incoming raw eggs and finished product
• follow cross-contamination mitigation steps, standard operating procedures, HACCP guidelines, GMPs, and sanitation procedures
• accurately document and report Data Trace readings
• and maintain safe, sanitary conditions. Overtime or weekend work may be required.
