Licensed Wastewater Operator — East Water Reclamation Facility

The Licensed Wastewater Operator role is onsite in Bonita Springs, FL. Starting pay is $25.82 per hour for Operator C, $28.45 per hour for Operator B, or $30.55 per hour for Operator A. The operator helps maintain effective treatment processes and regulatory compliance by monitoring equipment and wastewater, conducting tests, and performing maintenance and repairs. The work also supports safe, reliable plant and pump station operations.

What you'll do

• Control pumps, valves, and processing equipment
• read and adjust meters and gauges
• operate chemical feeding devices
• sample, monitor, and test wastewater and sludge processes
• adjust chemical levels as needed
• install, maintain, and repair plant and pump station components
• monitor equipment and alarms using computers
• record maintenance and prepare reports
• attend weekly safety meetings and follow OSHA regulations.
