Behavioral Health Practitioner – IRTS

Job overview

The Behavioral Health Practitioner – IRTS role is onsite in Duluth, MN, and pays $21–$25 per hour depending on experience and education. The position supports residents at AHL Healthcare Group’s IRTS facility, near the University of Minnesota Duluth campus. The practitioner follows person-centered support plans and provides supervision and therapeutic interventions to help residents maintain or improve independent-living skills. The role also supports consumer safety, community participation, and progress toward individual goals.

What you'll do

• Implement and follow person-centered positive-practice behavior support plans and ITPs
• support independent-living skills such as symptom management, budgeting, meal planning, and employment
• maintain records and confidentiality
• encourage participation in individual plans
• provide supervision and therapeutic interventions while ensuring safety
• and travel in the community and transport clients while following safe-driving and agency requirements.
