What you'll do

• Prepare three balanced meals and three snacks using census and forecasting methods
• prepare physician-prescribed special or modified diets
• assist with weekly supply orders
• maintain kitchen cleanliness and follow USDA, infection-control, and food-safety standards
• follow client safety and security requirements
• communicate schedule or menu changes
• check and respond to email
• fill in for absent workers as needed.
