What you'll do

• Develop and oversee individualized and group educational programming
• provide one-on-one instruction
• design group learning and enrichment
• coordinate with education liaisons and home school districts
• adapt materials to patients’ needs
• collaborate with medical, therapy, behavioral health, and Child Life teams
• schedule sessions in the electronic medical record and document participation and progress.
