What you'll do
- Prepare food using established production procedures and recipes
- determine food and supply needs
- serve food appropriately
- follow sanitation, health, hygiene, and food-handling standards
- store and date food
- coordinate production with meal service

- maintain work areas and equipment
- and complete food temperature checks. Weekend work is required.
