What you'll do

• Lead residential HVAC replacement and installation projects
• install furnaces, air handlers, heat pumps, air conditioning systems, coils, mini-splits, and related equipment
• mentor apprentices and installation team members
• review job scopes
• ensure code and manufacturer compliance
• evacuate, charge, test, and commission systems
• verify system operation
• complete installation details and documentation
• communicate with homeowners
• protect and clean work areas
• report issues and recommendations.
