What you'll do

• Complete routine repairs and maintenance for grounds, buildings, apartments, equipment, and vehicles
• assist with preventive maintenance
• support work on HVAC, water, refrigeration, motors, electrical systems, and generators
• maintain carpet and hard-surface floors
• deep-clean and prepare resident suites
• assist with fire safety and disaster preparedness procedures.
