What you'll do

• Network in the community, search for jobs, and market meaningful day services and supported employment
• build relationships with businesses and potential employers
• support job development, interviews, and orientation
• maintain communication with program staff and partner agencies
• develop marketing strategies
• support assessment, preparation, job search, and employment retention
• submit reports, progress notes, and data
• coordinate referrals and program admissions
• teach or coordinate employment or academic preparation classes as needed
• travel to work sites and transport individuals in the employee’s vehicle when necessary.
