What you'll do

• Configure, enhance, and maintain ServiceNow HRSD applications
• lead development projects for HR Case, Knowledge, and Employee Document Management
• build HR services, templates, workflows, workspace components, and access controls
• develop platform automation and data integrations
• support testing, UAT, incident resolution, optimization, and upgrades
• troubleshoot platform issues
• collaborate with HR stakeholders and product delivery teams
• protect employee data and support rollout communications and training.
