Customer Service and Collections Representative

What you'll do

• Handle complex and escalated customer inquiries by phone and email
• document interactions in appropriate systems
• contact customers about accounts in arrears and follow up through resolution
• inform customers of past-due balances and take appropriate action
• return accounts after 90 or more days of non-payment
• send final-billed accounts to collections
• document processes and share insights
• identify unclear processes and keep the manager informed.
