Compensation is $19–$24 per year. The Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) is an onsite role based in Portland, OR, supporting the clinical team at Centria Autism. , with a pay range of $19 - $24 per hour, and the role is dedicated to providing high-quality behavioral intervention services for children with autism. This position exists to implement individualized behavior intervention plans under the guidance of a Board Certified Behavior Analyst. The RBT uses evidence-based techniques to teach essential communication, social, and daily living skills while reducing interfering behaviors to help children reach their full potential.

What you'll do

• Implement individualized behavior intervention plans, work one-on-one with children, teach communication and social skills, reduce interfering behaviors, maintain documentation, and collaborate with the clinical team.
