What you'll do

• Respond to customer inquiries by phone, email, and other channels
• process orders, quotes, bids, returns, and modifications
• prepare quotations and support sales follow-up
• identify and refer sales opportunities
• maintain pricing and customer records in NetSuite
• resolve order and delivery issues
• monitor backorders
• coordinate with warehouse, purchasing, and operations
• manage special orders and custom product requests.
