The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA), Home Health role is onsite in Houston, TX. Compensation is $13–$15 per hour. Interim HealthCare provides one-on-one home health care to seniors and people with illness, injury, or chronic disease. The CNA assists with personal care and daily activities, supports mobility and exercises, monitors vital signs and other health measures, and documents changes. The role follows patient care plans in coordination with home health nurses and aides and reports concerns to a supervisor.

What you'll do

• Provide bathing, toileting, dressing, grooming, hygiene, nail and skin care, and eating assistance
• assist with ambulation, transfers, and range-of-motion exercises
• check vital signs, measure intake and output, monitor blood glucose, and document changes
• follow care plans with the home health team
• and notify a supervisor of concerns.
