What you'll do

• Support monthly HVAC sales targets
• motivate, coach, and guide Comfort Advisors
• lead sales meetings and provide field coaching as needed
• assist with weekend sales operations when required
• support retail lead generation and travel to partner store locations as needed
• track and analyze sales metrics
• report performance to retail partners and leadership
• help maintain team sales processes, training, and accountability.
