What you'll do

• Manage approximately 150 active major donor accounts
• carry out donor identification, qualification, engagement, cultivation, solicitation, closure, and stewardship
• set donor-specific goals and plans
• lead strategic focus on the Young Professionals program
• collaborate with program, finance, and communications staff on donor proposals
• represent the Mission at community events
• and contribute to team meetings and updates.
