What you'll do

• Recruit within the school
• train and coach wrestling team members and participate in competitions
• supervise athletic activities, contests, and practices
• develop regular practice schedules
• hold a preseason meeting and contact parents before tryouts
• apply and enforce student discipline
• protect student-athletes, equipment, and facilities, including protection from hazing and bullying
• maintain equipment, uniforms, and compliance records
• follow injury procedures
• attend coach development meetings and clinics as determined by the Athletic Director.
