What you'll do

• Manage non-provider care team members
• lead office workflows and best practices
• manage daily and same-day scheduling
• publish administrative staff schedules
• facilitate huddles and monitor task queues
• manage non-clinical supplies
• handle check-in, check-out, insurance verification, copays, records, phones, and follow-up scheduling
• support training and onboarding
• coordinate facilities, security, IT, and vendor requests.
