What you'll do
- Partner with hiring managers on staffing needs
- post jobs, source and screen candidates, coordinate interviews and offers, maintain applicant tracking records, and track recruiting metrics. Coordinate pre-employment checks, paperwork, I-9 documentation and orientation
- maintain personnel records and HRIS data
- assist employees with routine HR questions, reports, audits and compliance
- support employee changes and offboarding.

Why this role
