What you'll do

• Support residents’ development of self-confidence and self-worth
• provide on-duty support, program development, daily goal work, and documentation
• encourage positive social interactions
• assist residents with managing personal funds
• complete resident documentation
• maintain a supportive atmosphere
• communicate with the Program Director and staff
• follow facility and organizational policies and procedures.
