Member Experience Agent — Weekends

The Member Experience Agent role is onsite in Nashville, TN, and pays $14–$17 per hour. The agent is the first and last point of contact for gym members and guests at QNTM Fit Life. The role exists to provide prompt, friendly assistance and help members have a positive visit. It combines front-desk service with administrative, sales-processing, and facility tasks that support daily gym operations.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• promptly assist with questions and needs
• understand classes and services
• answer and route phone calls
• handle administrative tasks such as filing forms and updating billing or contact information
• perform cleaning and locker-room checks
• stock inventory, process point-of-sale transactions, and balance the cash drawer
• support adherence to gym policies and procedures.
