What you'll do

• Review customer purchase orders and enter orders in SAP S/4 Hana
• maintain EDI tables and customer master data and special pricing
• release EDI orders to SAP
• follow customer shipping requirements
• respond to customer and sales representative calls and emails
• provide order, product availability, and shipping updates
• resolve shipment, billing, and customer issues
• handle returns
• prepare reports and documentation.
