What you'll do

• Provide customer service while carrying out access-control procedures
• verify identification, credentials, visitor registrations, and authorization
• operate access-control systems and maintain records
• issue and recover credentials as directed
• respond to alarms and incidents using escalation procedures
• patrol entry points, restricted areas, and the perimeter.
