Family Centered Treatment Therapist. This is an onsite position in Dunn, NC. Compensation is not specified. Pinnacle Family Services is part of Health Connect America, a COA-accredited family of behavioral health brands. This role is for someone who believes that real change happens in real life. As a Family Centered Treatment (FCT) Therapist, you'll provide impactful, evidence-based services in the homes and communities of the children and families you serve, using the FCT model.

What you'll do

• Deliver Family Centered Treatment services in home and community settings.
• Guide children and families through the four phases of the FCT model.
• Develop and maintain individualized Service Plans.
• Conduct assessments and provide therapeutic interventions.
• Coordinate care with partners.
• Support families in accessing community resources.
• Develop discharge and aftercare plans.
• Maintain clinical documentation.

What we're looking for

Education

Master's Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field

Experience

Master's Degree and provisional/associate license (e.g., LCSWA, LCMHCA, LMFTA)
