What you'll do

• Prepare and repair surfaces
• apply waterproofing membranes, sealants, deck coatings, pedestal pavers, resinous flooring, and sealers
• install drainage systems and air barriers when required
• follow manufacturer specifications and safety procedures
• maintain a clean and safe job site
• operate tools and equipment
• transport materials
• assist team members
• record work hours
• report potential water intrusion issues.
