What you'll do

• Anticipate and respond to guests
• provide quality service and build rapport
• follow the guest service recovery program
• take orders accurately and use proper serving techniques
• know specials and promotions and upsell menu items
• follow health regulations and local liquor laws
• follow cash-handling and POS procedures
• complete cleaning, stocking, and other side work
• deliver food and beverages
• follow incident and emergency procedures
• attend required meetings and support other departments as needed.
