Team Lead, Assertive Community Treatment (ACT) Team

The team lead guides daily operations and coordinated care for adults living with serious and persistent mental illness. The role supervises staff, manages service coverage, monitors quality and documentation, provides clinical direction, and may provide direct clinical services as needed; it also participates in the on-call rotation.

• respond to clinical and customer service needs
• collaborate with residential, care management, leadership, and administrative staff

• interview, hire, and train staff
• provide clinical services as needed
• support policies, procedures, and continuous quality improvement
• participate in the on-call rotation.
