Regional Labor Manager

What you'll do

• Partner with facility Staffing Coordinators and Administrators to align schedules with staffing targets
• coach, train, and support coordinators
• analyze staffing patterns and implement strategies to reduce overtime
• build relationships with facility leadership
• travel daily to assigned skilled nursing facilities for onsite support, coaching, and oversight
• review labor reports for trends, risks, and improvement opportunities
• collaborate with Recruitment on internal hiring and filling open positions
• align facility staffing practices with corporate labor management goals.
