What you'll do

• Welcome members and guests
• check members in and assist with account questions
• answer phone, email, and member inquiries
• resolve basic concerns and escalate issues when needed
• educate members on supplements, apparel, and promotions
• process purchases
• restock inventory
• clean and reset club areas
• process membership changes
• maintain member records and handle POS transactions.
