What you'll do

• Manage daily bookkeeping in QuickBooks Desktop
• handle vendor payments
• reconcile bank, credit card, brokerage, and other balance sheet accounts
• maintain the general ledger
• prepare monthly financial statements and reports
• assist with month-end and year-end closing
• prepare records for the outside CPA
• maintain tax and compliance records
• resolve discrepancies
• file state and federal reports.
