What you'll do

• Administer medications as permitted by regulations and facility policies
• document medication administration and resident responses
• follow medication schedules and physician orders
• monitor residents and report condition changes to nursing staff
• assist with activities of daily living as needed
• maintain medication records and storage procedures
• follow infection-control and safety procedures
• communicate with residents, families, nurses, and care-team members.
