What you'll do

• Clean and sanitize dishes, silverware, pots, cookware, and utensils
• maintain dishwashing areas
• assist with food preparation and packaging
• serve meals
• clean serving, work, and storage areas, hoods, and floor grates
• place trays on warmers or in refrigerated storage
• stock cupboards and refrigerators
• check refrigerator requirements
• remove trash
• report equipment problems to supervisors.
