Overnight Member Services Representative

The role contributes to a welcoming club environment and member experience during overnight operations.

What you'll do

• Greet members and guests
• answer phones
• assist with membership sign-ups, updates, cancellations, balances, and transfers
• conduct prospective-member calls and tours
• process retail transactions
• resolve or escalate concerns
• clean and sanitize equipment and shared spaces
• and identify safety, cleanliness, and facility issues.
