Certified Personal Trainer

Job overview

The Certified Personal Trainer role is based in Nanuet, NY, and provides in-home and other on-location training at clients’ homes, residential communities, offices, and organizations. The trainer develops and adapts exercise programs, coaches clients, tracks progress, and communicates with clients and the team. The role helps clients pursue individual fitness goals through convenient, personalized training.

What you'll do

• Coach clients at their locations
• develop individualized strength or conditioning programs
• update workouts and client notes using the technology platform
• conduct progress reassessments
• travel between scheduled clients
• adapt workouts to clients’ ages, abilities, and goals
• communicate progress and support client accountability.
