What you'll do

• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop wellness professionals and support staff
• manage operational KPIs, revenue, profitability, and growth
• monitor booking, utilization, labor, retention, and membership performance
• collaborate with ownership and marketing on client acquisition and referrals
• improve client communication and follow-up
• resolve client concerns
• oversee staffing, scheduling, service delivery, facility standards, inventory, and equipment readiness
• develop and improve operating procedures.
