Hyper Wellness Representative / Front Desk

The Hyper Wellness Representative / Front Desk role is onsite in Greenville, SC, with starting compensation of $14–$16 per hour. The role supports the Restore Hyper Wellness studio and its client wellness experience. The representative welcomes clients, connects their needs with studio services, and supports sales and daily operations. Through education, personalized service, and follow-up, the role helps clients pursue their wellness goals and supports studio growth.

What you'll do

• Lead studio tours
• provide personalized sales and service experiences
• educate clients about therapies, benefits, safety guidelines, and at-home care
• develop customized wellness plans
• work toward membership sales, renewals, and retail targets
• guide onboarding and create POS profiles
• manage communications, scheduling, and service inquiries
• conduct outreach for promotions and events
• use referral and follow-up systems
• support daily studio operations, marketing initiatives, and community programs
• maintain cleanliness, safety, and hospitality standards.
