What you'll do
- Manage incoming leads and initial client communications
- process trade contractor invoices, expenses, and payment tracking
- coordinate vendors, bids, work orders, schedules, material orders, and deliveries
- maintain project systems, files, logs, and permit coordination
- use AI platforms such as Claude and ChatGPT in daily workflows
- manage leadership calendars
- and coordinate design-team photography scheduling and warranty follow-ups.
