Construction Project Manager Assistant

The Construction Project Manager Assistant role is onsite in North Little Rock, AR, with compensation of $60,000–$75,000 per year. This position helps commercial building projects progress by coordinating project documentation, contracts, bids, schedules, and cost information. It supports project leaders and jobsite teams through preconstruction, active project workflows, and closeout.

What you'll do

• Solicit competitive bids and collect vendor quotes
• set up commercial construction projects in Procore
• track contracts, subcontracts, and purchase orders for signature
• coordinate preconstruction meetings and jobsite information packages
• route submittals and RFIs
• review accounts payable invoices against project costs
• and prepare closeout manuals and documentation.
