What you'll do

• Manage on-site project work according to Project Manager direction
• monitor schedule, cost, safety, and quality objectives
• ensure adequate subcontractor staffing
• coordinate with subcontractors, project managers, design professionals, and owners
• manage field general conditions and site plans
• document time-and-material work
• support change orders and contract issue resolution
• participate in safety audits
• ensure shutdown and lift plans are used
• inspect installations against plans and specifications
• track submittals
• use Procore RFIs to clarify constructability issues
• coordinate trades and owner resources
• verify surveys and layout.
