What you'll do
- Oversee daily clinical operations and resident care
- lead, mentor, schedule, and support nursing and caregiving teams
- ensure regulatory compliance
- conduct resident assessments and oversee care planning
- monitor wellness and coordinate healthcare services
- partner with physicians, pharmacies, families, and outside providers
- manage medication systems and clinical documentation
- maintain quality assurance and infection control practices
- support hiring, onboarding, training, and performance management
- assist with survey readiness.
