Communications Consulting Intern

Job overview

The Communications Consulting Intern role is onsite in Alexandria, VA, five days per week, Monday through Friday, with core hours of 9 a.m. to 5:30 p.m. Eastern time. Compensation is $20 per hour. Reingold’s Consulting Department supports client communications projects across internal creative and digital teams. The intern helps coordinate projects from planning through delivery, supporting communication among teams and keeping client work on schedule. The role also contributes to writing, research, meeting documentation, and internal operations as part of a structured internship program.

What you'll do

• Track deliverable progress and coordinate communication between departments
• assist with feedback and internal reviews
• coordinate work with graphic design, video, and digital experience teams
• help maintain project schedules
• organize documents and project platforms
• take meeting notes
• assist with newsletters, blog posts, social media, and email copy
• conduct stakeholder research
• support internal initiatives and administrative tasks.
