The Quality Engineering Technician — 2nd Shift role is onsite in Scranton, PA, with stated starting pay of $22–$25 per hour plus an extra $1 per hour during second-shift hours after 3 p.m. The scheduled shift is 2 p.m.–10 p.m.; training is 12 p.m.–8 p.m. Noble Biomaterials says its products support military, medical, and everyday applications. As the primary quality assurance presence on the production floor during second shift, the technician supports fabric inspection, quality decisions, compliant documentation, and communication across shifts. The role helps production and engineering teams identify issues, follow approved procedures, and maintain quality as fabric manufacturing expands to two shifts.

What you'll do

• Support visual fabric inspections, in-process checks, and disposition decisions
• reinforce work instructions, control plans, and SOPs
• monitor quality trends and assist with root-cause analysis and failure investigations
• use InfinityQS, JMP, and Decision Logs
• complete and review batch records, travelers, inspection records, and manufacturing documentation
• support issue identification, containment, process changes, audits, and shift-to-shift communication.
