The Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) PT: Assisted Living is an onsite role based in Rickreall, OR, supporting the assisted living unit at Hillside - a HumanGood community. This role exists to provide exemplary care to residents, incorporating a philosophy of person-directed care. The CNA maximizes resident independence by assisting with activities of daily living and recreational activities while maintaining a safe environment.

- Develop awareness of residents’ interests and needs.
- Assist residents to maximize their independence and participation.
- Provide exemplary care ranging from basic needs to activities of daily living and recreational activities.
- Help create a safe environment in which to provide resident care.
