What you'll do

• Direct the ACGME application and accreditation efforts, implement compliance processes, and manage affiliations with participating sites.
• Create an effective educational structure and multi-site rotation plan.
• Recruit and mentor core faculty across essential radiology areas.
• Develop recruitment approaches and establish a distinctive program identity.
• Integrate targeted education in business operations, informatics systems, quality measures, and emerging technologies.
• Establish systems to track clinical exposure, performance indicators, safety, and ongoing program improvement.
