The Team Leader / Project Manager role is onsite at project locations in Land O’ Lakes, Lutz, Spring Hill, San Antonio, and Wesley Chapel, FL. Compensation is $20–$22 per hour. Caring Transitions of Lutz & Land O’ Lakes is a local, family-owned business helping seniors and families with downsizing, relocation, estate auctions, and home clean-outs. The role leads small teams while participating in project work, coordinating tasks from auction preparation through relocation and clean-outs. It helps projects stay on schedule and meet service and quality expectations while treating clients and their belongings with care and respect.

What you'll do

• Plan daily tasks and lead teams through auction preparation, packing, relocation, resettling, and clean-out projects
• monitor schedules, labor hours, quality, and productivity
• train and mentor employees
• prepare performance reports
• organize household belongings for keeping, moving, selling, donating, or disposal
• prepare auction lots and listings
• coordinate auction pickup
• assist with packing, moving preparation, unpacking, and resettling
• coordinate donations and junk removal
• oversee cleanup
• deliver and retrieve supplies and equipment.
