What you'll do

• Interpret construction plans and specifications
• perform quantity takeoffs, scope reviews, and cost analysis
• review subcontractor and supplier proposals
• prepare bid schedules, clarifications, and value-engineering options
• manage bid-day operations and submissions
• coordinate project handoffs
• maintain estimating data and cost benchmarks
• attend site visits, presentations, and preconstruction meetings.
