The Compost Equipment Operator III (Grinder/Shredder) role is onsite in Gonzales, CA, on the first shift. Compensation is $29 per hour. Circular Services operates recycling and circular-economy infrastructure to recover, recycle, and reuse materials.

What you'll do

• Safely operate heavy equipment, including grinders, excavators, and shredders, to move materials and feed processing equipment
• load products onto roll-off containers or walking-floor trailers
• complete production reports
• perform routine equipment checks and basic maintenance
• keep the work area clean and hazard-free
• follow safety rules and collaborate with team members.

Why this role
