Benefits Coordinator — Client Renewals

What you'll do

• Coordinate collection of information for client benefits renewals
• work with clients, insurance carriers, brokers, and internal teams to collect documents and data on time
• review benefit plan documents and update renewal information
• track timelines and communicate deadlines
• maintain accurate communication and document records
• collaborate with account managers and benefits consultants
• research and help resolve renewal discrepancies
• prepare client renewal reports and updates
• collect plan data for Form 5500 delivery and filing
• prepare Broker of Record letters and COBRA enrollment documentation.
