Education Facilitator — Adolescent PHP/IOP

The Education Facilitator — Adolescent PHP/IOP role is onsite in Waltham, MA, Monday through Friday from 12 p.m. to 3 p.m., approximately 15 hours per week. Compensation is not specified. What you'll do

• Collaborate with schools and families
• provide individualized educational support and adapt curricula or lesson plans
• coordinate academic requirements with Guidelight staff
• align educational strategies with treatment goals
• assess educational needs and progress and maintain records
• collaborate with mental health professionals
• support study habits, time management, and academic confidence.
