• Lead and support maintenance team activities
• perform preventive maintenance on production equipment and facility systems
• troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, and pneumatic equipment
• respond to maintenance requests to minimize downtime
• ensure safe and efficient work
• maintain records
• coordinate with production teams
• assist with training and development of maintenance staff.
